Box and Boardroom

Visiting clubs will be provided with up to 20 Directors' Box tickets plus lounge passes for Directors guests, and 4 car parking spaces.  THE BOARDROOM IS OPEN TO DIRECTORS, CHIEF EXECUTIVES, SECRETARY, MANAGER AND THEIR PARTNERS ONLY; NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE ADMITTED. A meal will be served in the boardroom before both Saturday and Midweek matches from 1.30pm and 6.30pm respectively. Jacket and tie must be worn in the Boardroom, casual clothing is not permitted and entry will be refused.  Director's guests will be accommodated in the Horners Lounge. The Director's car park is situated behind the Main Stand with entry from Sandy Lane. A list of visiting Directors will be required 24 hours in advance.

.Disabled Policy

We have a limited number of spaces to accommodate wheelchairs. Every effort will be made to satisfy requirements, but prior arrangements must be made with the Secretary's office. Wheelchair disabled access and one helper will be issued at the concessionary rate for the stand. 

Concessionary prices will be charged for disabled supporters, the club reserves the right to request proof of disability

and if requested it the responsibility of the disabled person to provide the required proof, if adequate proof is not

provided when requested the full admission price will be charged. 

The club requests that disabled supporters book their tickets and if required their helpers tickets at least 24hours

in advance of the match. 

Facilities for the Blind

A Live match commentary is available for blind or partially sighted people. There are six dedicated seats and headsets may be borrowed free of charge from our General Office. These must be reserved in advance and collected on the day.  There is a seat adjacent to each dedicated seat available for helpers and guide dogs can be accommodated. 

Complimentary Tickets

Reserved seat tickets will also be available for the use of visiting staff and the team coach driver, on a reciprocal basis only. Tickets should be collected from the main Reception area and booked in advance. It would be appreciated if staff could carry identification. We would point out, however, that we will not issue tickets to anybody from the visiting club unless a prior request has been made by a fax or in writing from your office. 

Players & Staff complimentary tickets will be issued on a reciprocal basis. 

Visiting Scouts

Visiting scouts will be allocated ONE Visiting Directors' Box seat only, when available, however, PLEASE NOTE -  CAR PARK SPACES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR VISITING SCOUTS, we will however endeavour to provide two seats for visiting managers.  It would be helpful if club representatives carried identification.  Reservations should be made by facsimile on 01706 648466 no later than 12.00 noon on the day prior to the match.  Match programmes will not be complimentary but team sheets will be provided. 

Visiting Press

We offer access to our Press area to any bonafide member of the Press involved with the opposition but limit the number of passes to 2 per organisation to include photographer. Telephone lines are subject to availability, for details ring Mike Brookes on 0870 822 1907   PLEASE NOTE - CAR PARK SPACES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS OF THE PRESS.

We request that all applicants for Press and Pitch side passes are received by fax on 01706 648466 by 4.30pm on the day prior to a Saturday fixture and by 12 noon on the day of a mid week game. 

Dining Facilities

Kick-Off Times

Saturday and bank holiday fixtures kick off at 3.00pm. Midweek matches will be played on Tuesday at 7.45pm

and all kick-off times are subject to change if requested by the police. 

Supporter's Car and Coach Parking

Street parking is available within close proximity to the ground.  The team coach should enter by the main car park gate on Sandy Lane and drop off at the Players' Entrance.  It will then be directed to the parking area. Supporters' coaches should proceed past the main car park, turn right into Wilbutts Lane and drop off by the second block of turnstiles. They will then be directed where to park by the stewards.
