Chester City Reserves 1 Rochdale Reserves 7

Chris Dagnall continued his rehabilitation from injury with a hat trick as a strong Reserve side comprehensively beat their Chester City counterparts on Wednesday afternoon.



Daggers opened the scoring after 33 minutes as he raced on to a Will Buckley flick and calmly beat the keeper in a one on one but the goals in a one sided game didn't start to flow until the second half.

Chris Basham and Dagnall both scored within 5 minutes of the restart and though Chester pulled a goal back a Will Buckley brace on 73 and  76 was added to by Joe Thompson on 84 minutes before Dagnall completed the rout and his hat trick on 86 minutes.
