We understand from it's makers that  Tuesday's Granada Soccer Night will be the last ever edition of the programme and a highlights package from Saturdays game at Darlington will be heavily featured.

Though not all fans Of Rochdale could be described as lovers of the programme this closure along with BBC Radio Manchester's curtailment of sports coverage will mean a further decrease in the media coverage that clubs like ourselves, Bury and Stockport County receive and that cannot be good news.
