CUSTOMER SERVICE/ STAFF CONDUCT

Rochdale AFC are open to customers during normal office hours and on matchdays.  All members of staff are considered a contact to the public and then, dependant on the enquiry, the relevant person will be summoned to deal with the enquiry.

We respond to all constructive contacts promptly from a customer and reply in the same fashion as the enquiry is tabled.

All our staff are encouraged to be friendly, polite and helpful.

CONSULTANT AND INFORMATION

Rochdale AFC hold regular forums and questionnaires.  Coupled with our own literature database and local press, fans are kept fully informed.  We maintain good relations with all relative bodies.

TICKETING

Rochdale AFC have a wide variety of ticketing policies and has various payment methods on season tickets.

Concessions are available to a broad range of the local community and we currently use the national Senior Citizen age for both men and women.  Next season concessions will be available from the age of 65.

We provide areas for Families and Disabled, and fans falling into these categories can book at the clubs' ticket office.

Rochdale does not run any loyalty or membership scheme.

Away ticketing is an area that is considered when it arises.  It is very infrequent that we are all-ticket away from home, but when it does arise season ticket holders will get priority.

Following any postponed match, refunds on tickets are available or the ticket becomes available for the rearranged fixture.  If a game is abandoned midway through ,then a decision will be made at the time as the best policy to take.

Accommodation For Away Supporters

Rochdale AFC abides by all the rules relating to away fans and, as we are consistently voted one of the best clubs to visit in the country, we fell we do an excellent job in this area.

Merchandise

The club endeavours to ensure that all replica strip designs shall have a minimum lifespan of two seasons.

Details of the next intended change of kits are available from the club shop.

The club carries out it's obligations under the Football League regulations to prevent price fixing in relation to the sale of replica kit.

The club offers refunds on merchandise (in accordance to legal obligations).

Community Activities

Rochdale AFC fully embraces it's Football in the Community responsibilities encompassing school visits, free tickets, help for the disadvantaged and organising soccer schools.
